On the conference call yesterday it was pointed out that they have a few issues to fix at Shafter before they can reach commercial production - the biggest one seems to be getting good workers that know what they are doing.
This is all normal for a new operation - very rarely does everything to perfectly.
I think the market was expecting perfection so consequently we now have price weekness that I feel is a buying opportunity.
Thanks. I missed the CC. Sounds like these are short term issues and certainly solvable as they are experienced miners. Seems like market reaction is overdone....i.e. a buying opportunity. Looking for a bounce back real soon....
