real estate should be a #$%$ whopping over the next 5 years (or more)

as the bankers ponzi scheme totally unfolds. We ain't seen nohing yet. I see today on bloomberg that in spain "foreclosed" residential real estate has "this year tumbled 65 percent." All the knife catchers have been buying it for 4 years now, and are down only 50%. only. The article reports a million homes remain unsold, foreclosed ones I presume, which means there is no market to sell into, so the banks are holding them and hoping and praying...............this is all coming to North america over the next 5 years. Our printing press, the U.S. Dollar is enjoying a false spring, a phony spring...................the nitwits dumping the euro are jumping into the fire, the fiat dollar. .........I was there in a ponzi scheme, I invested in internet equities in the late 90s and year 2000. Made a killing. The collapse can come very quickly and it will. People will flee into gold and silver The current realty market is nothing but a ponzi scheme. The article reports spanish unemployment at 25%, and we all know it must be far far higher. They are a socialist country, like all of europe south of germany. ...........and the socialist are running this country.

We have: far over 50 million people living below the government established "poverty line." This is an unprecedented number,

We have, per John Williams, at this time in america, per his latest figures: 22.9% unemployment. During the depths of the Great Depression, it hit 23%. so we are right there but we haven't seen nothing yet. Don't believe this silly fantasy figure of central banker ponzi scheme confidence game figure of sub 9% unemployment..............made up by the BLS, the central bankers right arm.

WE have per JW at this time, inflation approaching 9%, an astounding figure given the unemployment number

We are at almost NEGATIVE 3% GDP...........TO SAY THE ECONOMY IS CONTRACTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

I am a businessman; I deal with the public and get to see their finances. People are utterly broke and living on their parents and grandparents savings.

We have 47% of the people in this country who do not pay taxes...and then you must add on top of that AT LEAST...another 15 to 20% of the people who work for the government, or the 100 % government dependent industries, like the military armaments industry for instance, and o yes, our own military in its myriad forms like the national guard which is a huge wast.......THAT IS 65 PERCENT OF THE PEOPLE BASICALLY LIVING OFF THE OTHER 35%,, who themselves are mired in a severe loss of income situation, and debt engorged.

65 percent of americans are utterly government dependents, which means MOST CRITICALLY, they depend on a transfer of wealth from the savings of the middle class, the remaining people, for their daily needs. how long can this go on?

.yes, do government workers work during the day, from 9 to 5 (but no more than this I can assure you) ? Of coruse they do, but they are a severe net loss, much more than the actual unemployed who just get their measly fiat checks every week. Judges, for instance, pull down 200 grand per year or actually more, that is not including "generous" beneifit packages............and generous is an understatement..............so yes they may pay 40 percent of a quarter million dollars in taxes, but they are still a net drain to the system of 150K per individual...............much more so than any unemployed individual....and on and on.

I see now in my business whole families, both parents and kids, who are on some sort of disability check, mental, physical, who knows where these programs come from? These people are not counted by the BLS as unemployed, they are disabiled, just like the people who 'FALL OUT OF THE JOB MARKET." ........WHATEVER THAT MEANS..............they are not counted in the government numbers, nor are the college kids. The college kids are hiding from unemployment by selling their future eanring power, becoming debt engorged, becoming enslaved, to the colleges and their overstaffed flunkies

Well, we don't have food lines do we? Wrong! We have electronic food vouches, called food stamps, Whick, whatever that means, and various other subsidy food programs. .....Beggars are starring to appear but the politicians will not have that, they will not be relected, so they trick us, they use the electronic food coupons scheme to keep themselves in office.

There is still sooooo much wealth in this country, and in north america, and it will run to precious metals, for the great reset

    ta da....

    • Hilariouis stuff, this is hot off the press today's headlines:

      By Jeffry Bartash
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - New applications for U.S. unemployment benefits fell by 29,000 to a seasonally adjusted 343,000 in the week ended Dec. 8, putting claims at the second lowest level of the year, the Labor Department said Thursday. Initial claims from two weeks ago were revised up to 372,000 from an original reading of 370,000, based on more complete data collected at the state level. Claims are now below pre-Sandy levels and near their lowest point in about four years. Economists surveyed by MarketWatch expected claims to decline to 370,000. The average of new claims over the past month, meanwhile, sank by 27,000 to 381,500. The four-week average reduces seasonal volatility in the weekly data and is seen as a more accurate barometer of labor-market trends. Also, Labor said continuing claims decreased by 23,000 to a seasonally adjusted 3.2 million in the week ended Dec. 1. Continuing claims reflect the number of people already receiving benefits.
