As of September 30, 2012 details of outstanding warrants are as follows:
Number of Exercise Price Expiry Date
    2,430,000 $ 0.40 June 30, 2013
    24,960 $ 0.35 June 30, 2013
    45,930,763 $ 0.41 December 7, 2013
    4,347,060 $ 0.41 December 7, 2012
    26,426,500 $ 1.00 November 29, 2013

Even the most bearish and cynical people that have been posting of late probably don't think that Aurcana will be trading below the 41 cent strike price for the above warrants expiring this year.
this years 41 cent warrants will put about 20 million dollars into the Aurcana treasury by year end.

Even the most bearish and cynical people that have been posting of late probably don't doubt that Aurcana will be able to reach the Shafter 1,500 tons per day through put in the mill sometime in the third quarter and start producing at the 3.8 million ounces per year rate as it ramps up toward the 2,500 tone throughput rate and about 6 million ounces per year.

With La Negra running at about 3 million equivalent ounces and Shafter at about 3.8 million ounces it is hard to see Aurcana not have the 26 million $1.00 warrants exercised before yearend.

    Buckup fellas.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Thank you for posting the warrants for those too lazy to go their website and see them. Also, IMO the June 2013's are already sold, as the two 4M spikes in volume (one in Sept last, another mid Mar this yr), along with a small chunk of the Dec 2013's could possibly explain those massive volume spike days. If so, people are the nervous, worried sort, and bailing out before the company's potential is surely known, shows their lack of patience and amateurish investing. I hope there were those who could take advantage of this latest down spike to .50c's and scooped up some more! "S'more's please" they say around the mine's campfire...and stock options at .79c's have been passed out. Anyone THINK the pps won't be higher than that? Sit tight.
