Spencer, Idaho is only 140 miles from Butte, Montana.
I still believe it will happen as I cant imagine SMD being balls to the walls for a year and no permit issued. In addition they aren't asking to do anything harmful but I'd feel better if it was Idaho as Montana has a knack for being anti business.
