This is just a play on the HK market it is not the whole of China. All the holdings are just mega real estate holdings listed on the Hang Sang. This is just a play on the RE sector in HK which can run hot and cold - at the moment pretty hot with a lot on mainland Chinese buying into HK real Estate..
