They won't have growth OR earnings as long as the present board is in place. They keep coming up with ways to lose money. They lose 62 million and say their plan is working. Yea. I have checks left so I must have money in my account right?
The preferred shares have to go. Too many millions of dollars going to these guys when the money could be used to better the company. That was bad deal from the beginning. Of course, if the money was available, I am sure the board would find a way to stuff it in their OWN pockets.
And, they don't need a merger: They need to be bought by a better company with nothing left of ODP management. Just do something to save this place and all those jobs.
