The problem with all of these stores, Best Buy, OMX, Staples, ODP, etc, is that a customer can go in and ask a technical question, but the chances of actually getting any sort of knowledgeable answer is miniscule.
I have peed sales people off at all of these stores in the past when I heard them giving customers silly or erroneous answers. I just butt in and answer their questions for them. If the sales people do not like it, they should learn to do their jobs. Best Buy is one of the worst of the bunch. One would think in such a store that made its name on electronics sales, their people would know what they are selling. They don't. It seems that NOBODY reads the specs on what they are selling at these places.
