Why do LONGS on these boards continue to pay attention to shorters that only come out at times like these. Realize that people that are shorters, AND enjoy themselves over others possible losses, are scums of the earth that crave the attention you give them by replying!I personally have nothing against people that choose to short, just question the mentality of the enjoyment of others pain that may really be hurt by the temporary loss.Once again, as it seems everyone thinks themselves a daytrader these days, if you're long this stock and don't need your money in ODP tomorrow, you'll be fine.In at 14,15, and 18.5.
One thing funny about shorters....You never hear from them when stocks are trading at their highs only when their approaching there lows. Wonder why they only brag about selling-short after everyone else has sold. Many seasoned investors consider a high percentage of short sellers as a bullish sign because as the stock price recovers the shorters are forced to buy as everyone else is buying forcing the price higher.
Investors Business Daily uses a psychological indicator called "odd-lot short-sell indicator". When this indicator is high, it usually means the market has hit bottom. The explaination.... "if there is one group that doesn't know what their doing it's the odd-lot short sellers." Funny, but I never heard from the ODP shorters until the price dropped to less than 19. Hmmmm...wonder where they were at 21 and 22? Shorters please note "Sell when everyone else is buying and buy when everyone else is selling." It works a lot better that way.
