Meanwhile, we are up 30+%, plus the dividend this year. This just seems too easy....this stock is going to jump to the top of the screen whenever someone runs a stockscreener search. I can't imagine why it has not been "discovered" yet.
Other than the fact that this is a really small-cap stock, do you have any ideas why this stock is still so unappreciated on a yield and recent performance basis?
Out of thirty stocks that I own, this one is my number 2 performer this year. It has returned about 80% over the last six years, about half of it tax-deferred. I would buy more, except that it is already 20% of my portfolio....prudence and all that.
