It is Controlled and they have a very big problem: When the stock tanked with the economy, the stock was as low as 50 cents. Millions of shares are out there. Never mind the insiders that also acquired bags. As soon as it hits a magic number, whatever that may be. A major sell off.
I see that one of the institutions that holds shares is a ''Dividend Fund''. But this company does not pay any dividends on it's common shares and from what Yahoo provides on it's graphs, it never has since it's inception.
Is there another class of stock that it is paying dividends on?
