I sold a wee bit at $4.41 and $4.50, before the market opened...but am now in to buy at $4.00-4.05. (I will buy aggressively at $3.50-3.65.)
The company, imo, is a sitting duck for a buyout, if it trades, for any significant length of time, in the $3's. If management cannot turn this company's sales around, the market, in my opinion, is likely to "fix" it for them.
In other words, these disasterous results, and the resulting price decline in the stock, could end of being the catalyst some of us are looking for, to unlock value (a transaction...whether MBO, private equity buyout, Samson buyout, etc.)
These brands are worth more than the current $225 million market cap. That's our downside protection. Strong buy at $3.60 or less.
