Are suppliers going to start demanding payment?

The earnings call was terrible. Two of the three analysts covering the stock are declaring major liquidity issues. Are suppliers going to react by demanding payment and requiring CIA (Cash in Advance)?

Are we about to see a run on the bank?

    • I have a strong belief that some suppliers are requiring CIA. I know that some suppliers have refused shipments until their accounts were brought somewhat current. They cannot afford to use the new loan they were just rewarded as the interest costs are too high. Once they do start to use those funds for operations it is curtains. Not sure how the board continues to let these people remain in their positions and be compensated. A travesty.

    • Maybe a run would help the share price realize the $2.50 book value!

      • Rumor has it there are a few suppliers that are already holding goods in Vietnam until they get a major payment. The main office tells the employees they are slow shipping or the cutting got moved. They think the employees are stupid and don't call first hand to find out where the goods are because the dealers are screaming.....................................................................................

        Sentiment: Strong Sell
