I do not want to rain on anyone's parade, but  OFC is up around 15% year to date. Other REITs in the office sector are - for the most part - down.  We OFC owners have been fortunate.  Expecting any price appreciation for the remainder of the year would be a fate too good to be true.  Expecting any more yield compression would be substantially exuberant.
I am enthusiastically holding this stock, but I realistically do not expect any more total return from OFC than has already happened.
