    Very Impressed with Site Visit

    From Wilderman at stockhouse:
Very impressed with Prairie Creek visit!!
I just returned from a great trip to Prairie Creek and was quite impressed! I feel that there are a lot of real positives for the project/CZN that don't necessarily show up in valuations and definitely the current SP.

There is great exploration potential at Prairie Creek to expand the resource! I think we all know this but it may be much better than most actually realize. It is not just moving the current inferred resources into measured and indicated but the possibility of adding additional blocks of similar scale to what is the current resource! The deep drill hole that is 1.8km away from the current inferred resource limit hit the formation/vain so continuity may very well extend out that far. The current total resource extends 2.1 km but the vein has been hit 1.8 km beyond that, if the vein actually extends that far in similar form then this crude assumption gives you another block that would be 85% the size of the current total measured, indicated and inferred resources! They have also found the Rico showing further out in that same general direction but there is also mineralization up the other side of the valley that also extends a great distance. None of this is new news but seeing everything in person gave me an even greater feeling of how probable expanding the resource is.

There are very usable assets currently on the property with the mill being the most key. I think CZN is very aware of the state of the equipment and the required upgrades to it. Some of the upgrades required are due to the current condition of the equipment, some are due to efficiencies/better economics of current equipment and others due to obsolescence or the adoption of improved technologies in mining over the last 30 years. I felt CZN has a real understanding of the scope of what needs to be changed and what is functional and they can or should use. The general condition of the mill structure was great.

    • Expanding capacity is very possible because the current bottleneck/limitation is the ball mill and there is space in the current mill to put another one right beside it if desired. There is also the space and potential to expand the entire mill if that is desired in future. I believe the mill structure and much of the equipment was in better condition than the analysts believed it would be.

CZN is working on ways to optimize the mining plan and to optimize the schedule as much as they can with current constraints (timing of the approval, funding needs for capital items, etc). So they want to be moving as soon as they can, be moving to production as soon as they can and ramping up production as soon as they can. Historic development on the property left a stockpile and stopes that can be putting ore through the mill quickly when it is go time.

As CZN moves ahead and into production it will become more economic and easier for them to complete as well as pay for additional exploration drilling. With all of the potential on the property, the already sizeable inferred and whatever the current drilling proves up in the anomaly they are drilling the future is very bright for Prairie Creek. Currently analysts are not giving any value for the potential only the measured and indicated but the potential at Prairie Creek makes it even so much more compelling!

The alignment and orientation of the vein and surrounding rock lends itself well to mining. The rock appeared to be pretty competent and not offering ground support headaches. The office, garage, many bunk buildings and tank farm are good to go.

I will end with saying I was really impressed by the CZN staff and management I met. I really thought they were great people but they were really very knowledgeable on all things regarding the project. Their understanding g of the geology and formations on site was very impressive.

      • I thought they were very aware of economics and focused on making intelligent decisions (on mining methods, on mill processes and technologies, using the DMS circuit, replacing the generators, etc) that benefitted the overall profitability and efficiency of the mine while being very conscientious of the environmental footprint. I think everyone on the trip was impressed. I heard solid and forthright answers to all questions asked.
