Senator cracking down on h1b visa fraud

SOrry for the typo it's S.1035 I've been around smelly co-liers that when you show them a set of factual numbers go off into dreamland of the performance must be better, last month was higher. Yes ragit but you're an idot and can't partition an oracle table if I put a gun to your head, so it slowing down as more data is coming into the table. SO I've been mentally rounding numbers up to fit the co-lier's view of non reality. Bad habit from being around bad peps.

so read and cry if you're an amoral and/or racist co-lier long.

    some nice bits...

"Some of the major reforms needed to protect American workers are to require employers to make a good faith effort to recruit U.S. citizens before hiring an H-1B visa holder. We need to require all users of the visa program to first recruit Americans for these high-skilled, high paying jobs."

For the co-liers that can read English this means that if
a developed world tech is replaced by a dumb ass like ragit
they're breaking the law and will be fined and sued by the
replaced tech who when ragit is called to testify it will come out that he lied on the visa app about skills he never
had, and those facts will get to the gov't agencies/depts
and ragit will be deported, after going to jail for fraud.
