    Must be management stepping up

to buy back stock the last two days at a discounted price, yeah right! Don't think mamagement would know what's a good price to buy the stock back at. Maybe, if we're all lucky, there's some entity accumalating the stock to make a buyout offer, at least we can only hope.

    Regards

    • I think management has a very good idea of when it is best to use their cash to repurchase stock. That said, I don't know why they haven't bought back any stock in the last two quarters - perhaps there is a reason for them to conserve cash, and the reason is not yet public, but I don't know if that's the case or not.

Regarding the possibility that someone is accumulating ODC stock to make a buyout offer, so what? They can buy all the stock they want, but they won't succeed unless the Jaffee family wants to sell - and they've made it clear that is not the case. Any buyer would have a decent learning curve, at a minimum, to make best use of ODC as an acquisition.
