I agree. Did you find the discussion of litter sales in the 10-q confusing, as I did? From amount of attention given in 10-q, you would think foreign sales were more significant than they are. I wonder if they should be in Great Britain at all.
No, I did not find the discussion of litter sales in the 10Q confusing, but I understand how they can be confusing. Litter that ODC sells to Clorox for Fresh Step coarse litter, goes in the Business to Business segment. All of ODC's branded litters are in the Business to Consumer segment. Not sure about where the private label litters go.
I've wondered about the foreign operations for a while - they have made a profit at times, but more recently it seems like they've lost money. Of course, with this quarter's great results, there is less pressure to do anything about the foreign operations, but at some point I wonder how long they will put up with losses or break even results.
