All secondarys are ALWAYS already sold once they have announced the price. ALWAYS.

This has happened NUMEROUS times. The above is just evidence of ONE of those times which negates your "ALWAYS".note, the stock is down today... if it continues to go down, the offering will be RE PRICED.
has anyone bothered to check "shares outstanding " that number should increase the day after the offering ..
