offering priced tonight
the offering will be priced tonight or before the open tomorrow, probably at or around $7... MCP should stabilize once the offering is complete.... shouldn't be more more downside in the next week or two....

Offering will not price above today's closing price if in fact it got priced tonight. This is just a fact. Would YOU buy into the offering about $1.50 higher than what you could buy the stock for now?? Think about it lol.

20 million shares puts the high on this one at about @13 per share imo

What about all those shares being borrowed? Will they be sold at a higher price? I fear they will be used to short the stock even more!!!
