Fidelity? Franklin Funds? Wells Fargo? Are you and your fundholders comfortable owning this stock?

Fidelity, Franklin and Wells funds hold 1/3 of this company. Will provide contact information in post later in the week.
By the looks of the exercises from the last year, one can assume that of the 25% of SALES of stock-
based compensation expense in Q2 (up from 20% in Q1 and 5% in 2011 and 10% of SALES
in 2012), a large majority is being paid by the directors and senior management
    to just themselves.
The last instance I can remember even remotely close to BSFT's pillaging is a company called DemandTec.
It was about $30, sold-off to the low teens in mid-2011 and then hammered 50% from there to
trade around $6.00/share. Management was sucking 15% of sales, which were at a similar level
    to BSFT's.
The stock was sold at a fire sale price in late-2011. Instant replay with BSFT?
Are the founders that desperate? Why the exponential increase in pillaging now?
