    Fidelity? Franklin Funds? Wells Fargo? Are you and your fundholders comfortable owning this stock?

    Fidelity, Franklin and Wells funds hold 1/3 of this company. Will provide contact information in post later in the week.
    By the looks of the exercises from the last year, one can assume that of the 25% of SALES of stock-
    based compensation expense in Q2 (up from 20% in Q1 and 5% in 2011 and 10% of SALES
    in 2012), a large majority is being paid by the directors and senior management
    to just themselves.
    The last instance I can remember even remotely close to BSFT's pillaging is a company called DemandTec.
    It was about $30, sold-off to the low teens in mid-2011 and then hammered 50% from there to
    trade around $6.00/share. Management was sucking 15% of sales, which were at a similar level
    to BSFT's.
    The stock was sold at a fire sale price in late-2011. Instant replay with BSFT?
    Are the founders that desperate? Why the exponential increase in pillaging now?
