I agree MBLX could see much higher pricing. However, the same old barrier remains: "Metabolix’s biodegradable plastic completely breaks down in seawater but is up to four times more expensive than traditional plastic".
We can all agree 4x higher pricing is a bit unreasonable. I wish someone would state at what volume reduces this pricing model to say 2x for example and provides the company and shareholders room to profit. The value of saving "the ocean" per say would be in that ballpark.
