you know it will happen, maybe this weekend, this company needs clarity and they know it, the sooner the better.

    • The pps is probably going to creep up on its own for many reasons, and the reason you give is certainly a possibility, but I suspect that it is more likely that the current price rise is due to dollar cost averaging down by the big players rather than the result of big news coming soon... Keep in mind, the ADM partnership doesn’t end until February 8th, prior to that it would be bad form to announce a new partner... Just like most people don’t want to start a new relationship right after a breakup; it is very likely that management will take its time and shop for just the right partner(s or buyer).

Right after the breakup was announced one savvy investor took advantage of the huge volume to dollar cost average down on his position and double his beneficial holdings. He wasn’t the only large holder, but he was a first mover and he took the opportunity when it presented itself. I highly suspect that some of the other large holders are finally increasing their positions too which could explain part of the recent rise... Of course, we won’t know for sure unless they file or have to file a SEC form.

Good luck to all longs here!

    • must be keeping it tight lipped with this volume (ie doubt it)... but if something like that was to happen won't take much for a nice jump. low volume also keeps shorts in.
