1) How did the insiders manage to buy shares at the 52-week (and, if I'm not mistaken, all-time) low?
2) They together bought 250K shares at $1.07. These news today sent the market cap 12M higher. That's 44 times "leverage". Maybe all we need to do is loan these guys some money so they can buy more and we will be rewarded by the market :)
Do we know yet about the 725,000 closing trade last week?
My guess is that it was not a short cover, but an exchange between funds within the same mutual fund family.
Does anyone have anything on this?
I think it was the Mueller Estate selling off its 735000 position.. Muller was a director who died in June right after a board meeting, Whenever he received options in the last year or so he sold immediately so my guess is that everyone was waiting for him to dump his block
but no form 4 was filed so I may be off base
