Goto Edgar and check the other holding of FCG in their latest 13F-HR and for Oracle Investment
These 2 are accumulating Looks real out of place in FCG and of course Oracle follows Schuler so their increase is a good sign that Schuler and Stroebeck are still building their long term position
As for vanguard and FMR - this is so small a 10 bagger would be meaningless no need to worry about theor reductions
