With warrents at $1.10 will that make it difficult

for BQI to rally past that or will the owners of the offering drive the SP up higher to be in the money with the warrants. Does anybody who is unbiased have experience with public offerings to know how these things usually play out? Thanks

    • I did, couldnot find it there. I'll look again, thanks.

    • A very good ? Hope you get some straight answers on the matter that will help. Hey Cliffmaster you may be the one to help this guy.
I have not gone over the offering in great depth but I do note the time on the warrants expires in two years is that right, which is a good bit of time. It could be that any possible production will be well into the future (no i'm not saying BQI in production just production don't want to stire up a hornets nest)may be just a bit longer than two years. So would it be safe to say that the warrant value will not be far exceeded to after the expire date ?. Now I could say I have warrants in another stock, which have been held fo 18 months but never getting quite in within reach. A lot of intrest could be going on in this stock but I'm almost convinced it will not fly untill the warrants expire. One thing is for sure BQI is speculative not for the faint hearted. One thing that may be known is, the oil is in the ground but getting it out with the right equiptment etc at a cost below the sell value at the time is the key. This has taken years to date and a good bit of time to go yet. Good luck all.

      • warrant strike price is not relevant except for a psychological barrier, like it was today.

The significant technical sign has already occured (significant buying at prices above the offering price).

Ive seen 8 offerings from BQI. All have been negative for the share price except for the Sprott private placement around this time last year, when it proceeded to run from an offer of $4.20 to up to $6/share

I believe this will be the second offering we move up with due to the strong signal that is sent by BQI being able to raise money at all in the current market place, which any rational investor who has followed the market would realize because so many companies are having extreme difficulty raising capital.

I see this recent dilution as the most bullish of any so far for the trading of the stock.
