What happened to third quarter earnings? We are at the end of November, 60 days after quarter end, and no financial results. When the company announced that they were going non-reporting, they agreed to issue press releases with their quarterly results. That isn't happening. At a minimum, the company owes the shareholders an explanation.
They announced last quarter that they would be providing earnings after 2nd quarter and at year end. They will not be releasing earnings after 1st and 3rd quarters. They are probably trying to save a few bucks.
Trying to save a few bucks? How much does it cost to post the results on their website?
It's a governance issue, not about saving a few bucks. It's one thing to delist and become non-reporting, it's another to keep shareholders in the dark for 6 month stretches.
And it's not as if the financials are not being done - they have to be doing it continually throughout the year as they have to pay taxes. To produce, what are we talking about? Maybe pressing a button in Quicken to publish?
