To be specific, I'm looking for sales of $18 million gross profit of $8.1 million or 45%. OpX, on a continuing basis, less MSG as are all the above figures, aught to be close to $7.5 million as R&D spending should be alot less, S&M & G&A, maybe down a little.
So, $.03/share on an operating basis, plus whatever interest income will be-perhaps another $.05/share.
1st Q, should be very similar with sales around $18 million vs $16.4 last year.
With the MSG sale, and before taxes are paid, PCTI has $125 million in cash, plus whatever cashflow was in the 4th Q.
Going back to the 3rd Q, PCTI bought back 517,000 shares at an average price of $7.84. When the window opens up again, Feb 20, I would expect PCTI to be aggressive buyers up to $7.50 or so. Book value maybe close to $8.00 after the MSG gain is taken in the 1st Q.
