    • If it occurred in California, where the suit was filed, then it's not senior officials, it's probably some "senior" managers at a call center. (Who probably seem very important to the call center guys.)

Policy is made in the central office in Colorado.

    • I THINK it important because no diference how many minorities work at company, company can still discriminate when officers say things. FORD has many minorities and they last week got many million dollar fine for discriminations for saying things.. GM too.

I herd from current employee that it is officers. John said senior most except he will not say who. IF you know, who?

Why does Teletec not say? Need to clear up and what was said.

    • I think I know who one of the principals are in regards to the "purported" lawsuit .....

    • If these lawsuits would materially effect financial results or cause damage, the news media would report on it...much like they did with Denny's refusing to serve minorities. Take a good close look at Newgen, it's so loaded with minority groups that it's hard to visualize the company even being in the US. This is a clear multi-racial, multi-national company that HIRES minorities en masse. Even if some supervisor said something bad, the damage will be limited because the company can prove that it's not their way of doing things. Your alarmist behavior is as immaterial as these "lawsuits".
