Earthlink has already said it will offload any customer service needs to an outsourced service; and four centers will be closed by end of Q1. Clients normally don't allow outsourcers to announce deals until they have tied up all the loose strings on their end; which makes sense. This is all purely speculation but worth keeping an eye on.
