Why? Simply because it's off 30% from a month ago? What is the rationale for buying? What is the catalyst for a turnaround? If LYV posts continued losses for six to nine months, it will break certain debt covenants, which begins what could become an ugly death spiral.
I "nibbled" today by shorting at $9.80. I think there's a decent chance of this seeing the high $8's again in the next couple of weeks; that's about as far of a horizon as I am willing to maintain in this market.
