Chipotle can't even manage a decent "dead cat" bounce
Noticed one by me in Ann Arbor, MI has been much slower lately with reduced staffing. Worst though is that employees appear to have become more lethargic and less friendly. Sadly it has come to feel more like the service from a McDonalds vice the old which more closely reminded me of a Starbucks. Far different from engaged, customer focused and highly motivated staff I've come to expect. May be isolated case but disappointing all the same as many other visits have always left me quite impressed.
