I've noticed the meal sizes are getting smaller... I'm betting margins are getting squeezed.
That's how it's been. Squeeze the size or squeeze the price or both. Same as packaging for dry goods, soda, coffee, chips, snacks, detergent. Shrink the quantity keep the price same or even raise it. Use graphics to distort the size change.
Have you seen the size of a box of Cheeze-Its crackers...pretty soon it'll be the size of a pack of cigarettes.
