WHO NEXT GETS AFFECTED BY HIGHER INTEREST RATES? ... FIRST "REITS", THEN INSUR., ...NEXT?
I think restaurants may very well be the next to get adjust in price/share due to higher interest rates and in turn, contracting p/e ratios. has everyone done their homework on the affect that higher rates have on p/e ratios? it doesn't look that way to me, lol! ; ) just read my posts on "o" income realty, and you'll see that i nailed that top on reits just a few days prior to reits getting taken out to the wood shed for a good old fashioned whoopin!!!
