I wouldn't expect to see a size "order" PR for Jinhua consumer sales since the are selling the first 3000 cars one at a time internally. As far as other cities like Hangzhou, as they get their dealer network set up, you might assume that individual dealers will come on board, but even these will most like be smaller initial orders of maybe 20 - 50 cars each, but I still wouldn't expect to see those showing up on a PR either.
As far as postal. If the cars are being ordered on an old fleet obsolescence replacement program (and I don't know if that is the case), I am not sure you will see a PR with a specific order in size there either.
Maybe if some other like State Grid comes up with an order, you might actually see a sizable order.
I am only saying this to take away too much reliance on maybe seeing large individual orders announced. I don't know if they will do this, but if they just make a generic statement something like "China Postal out of Hangzhou has completed its testing of the KD5010 postal car and have now started placing orders", this alone should be looked at as exceptional news. I can assure you that when TSLA finally gets around to selling cars, that will be the type of news you will see out of them.
