Hello Flyingscot: Corstrat admonished Struft because he (Struft) is a respected, usually reliable source of factual information, and his opinion can influence others. I believe even Corstrat feels that way. He still is, but in this case he may have reacted too soon, without fully investigating the information and waiting for some official comment from Kandi. It may have caused some readers of this board to sellout in fear, and also may have affected a drop in price.
Strufts comment was made with good motives, but as you yourself said, "Everything is up for conjecture right now until "The China Standard" plays out. It is too early to tell who the winners and losers will be." As such, I feel as well that he should have been more careful. I myself considered selling part of my position after reading his post, but am glad I did not.
I highly respect both Struft and Corstrat, and am grateful for their factual information AND opinions.
