Time for them to unearth a Chinese newspaper article revealing that Kand has received another firm order form CALB for another 334,574 vehicles to be delivered by March 8, 2013. Coincidentally, this is the same date by which Capital Ventures International has to exercise their 334,574 warrants at $3.80 per share.
This is from the S3 registration statement. "The Warrants were initially exercisable into an aggregate of 800,000 shares of our Common Stock at an Exercise Price of $6.5625. Currently, as adjusted, the Warrants are exercisable into an aggregate of 1,379,148 shares of our Common Stock (with respect to each Selling Stockholder, 689,574 shares of our Common Stock) at an adjusted Exercise Price of $3.81."
If they don't get enough suckers to believe that there is another big order that will raise the price, then look for another registration statement lowering the Exercise Price.
