What happened to the Dividend on Yaoo/Finance for VALE?
DId VALE cut their dividend in half or is Yahoo/Finance worng yet again?

Vale IR webpage states that the 2nd dividend installment for 2012 of $0.58 will be paid to shareholders of record as of 15 Oct & on 7 November.

The dividend was .57 cents and the stock did go down just went back up same day

VERY CONFUSING and the much lower .65 is reflected on Aol Finance, Motley Fool, etc. I follow VALE fairly closely and do not recall any mention of div drop. I hope someone can clarify.

I looked all over too as well with same reults: same div and yield but no mention. You would think if it were lowered/cut it would be big news.

I saw that as well...was $1.15. No mention of a dividend drop in my searching....very confused. Hoping it's a Yahoo mistake.
