Curious on how you both knew about this when it was just disclosed today? Also strange that it happened on the 10th but wasn't reported until today, the 16th.
I can't imagine why a board would not renominate the rep of your largest shareholder? I wonder if GAMCO plans on using this to some advantage.
The response letter sounds like a high schooler wrote it. You'd think given the background and ages of the people on this board that they could co-exist and deal with what apparently was a diversity of opinion on the board.
Anyone know how many of the other current board members are on the board due to Steve Myers? Seems like a "loyal bunch," but then again, I don't know the circumstances that brought this to a head. I have to assume they were doing what is right for the shareholders.
