Jain did say that he was filing to sell about 1% of his holdings in INSP, but UNLIKE Enron Jain stated that he will sell even amounts every month for a specific timeframe. THAT IS WHAT EVERY CEO AND COMPANY INSIDER SHOULD DO WHEN THEY SELL SHARES. It takes away any claim as to insider trading.
