TIXC + private investors buys another 1million shares

The question really is: Who is buying. A group of private investors? They would have to file S4 if they bought enough. Insiders did not buy and we don't know if the company bought 1% or 99% of the shares. For all we know, and what I suspect is that the company bought very little. We won't know for sure until the next Q or unless the Company announces the amount that it bought. Also, how did the company coordinate with "private investors" for this special deal? Why would seller dump shares he had been buying until a week before dumping for a HUGE LOSS.

    • In recent weeks Amigomike has been hurling mud on Francis, lauding Marsh, and endorsing the theory that Iqbal was distressed. Is there a fight going on between Francis and Marsh and does that factor into Iqbal's exit? Did Iqbal also gamble and invest in something like 101 Dalmatians? Has Francis brought any production venture money to the table for Tix Productions? Is Francis irked by heavy losses on 101 dogs?

Isn't Francis doing average shareholders a favor by not allocating cash for production ventures in bad times? But then he hasn't done anything with the asset except hammer it to death in every friggin press release. Tix needs to own something besides a doomed business model, rent deals, and Marsh groups' business relationships with agents, producers, and venues. A portfolio of intellectual property would be nice for an investor to see on the books. Nada there now.
