    hedge fund manipulation since 08/16

EMC should have been rocking for over a month now regarding price. B.Stearns feldgling hedge funds must have been short in a big way until last friday, along with other donkeybutt fund managers. Now, monday the next bus. day, B.Stearns comes out after their postions were cleared, and raises his EMC estimates?
This is the kind of stock price maipulation the SEC should be looking into, its plain and simple BS.

    • Dear Boar Hog: If all you say has merit...., then hopefully the SEC et al will see your note and do their job.
Maybe Kramer will pick up the phone and call the SEC.

    • I agree and you can search online their contact info write them and let them know you suspect the 2 firms announcing the upgrade at the exact timing after the hedge funds call ended friday was to coincidental.
I think they had something to do with it, all they have to do is find trades they made to prove it.

Orders were also suspiciously not filled Friday....

      • What you dont think they SEC could see that too? They need an Average Joe investor to point it out for them?

Believe me if there was something truely there that the SEC could prove then they would be on top of it, unless they too are in on the take.

Guys we are talking about A LOT of money OK. You dont think an SEC investigator making 60K a year would play ball with a multi-billion dollar hedgefund?

It's unfortunate, but I believe there are certain parts of the SEC that are corrupt. Dont count on the SEC, play the game the best you can and hope you come out on top.

        Good luck.
