    Over 10% annual div + appreciation?

    The problem is: they only earn about 60% of the dividend they pay out. The dividend they actually earn is only about a 6% yield--less even. Also, the shares trade at a monster premium to NAV, so as they liquidate assets to pay off the ARPs and pay monthly distributions, NAV will slowly decay. Insider buying is a bit of a mystery.
