    • Don't get me started! But it's somewhat
      comforting to know I'm not the only one who cringes when I
      find that BNY is the transfer agent for a stock that
      I'm considering. Can I assume you tried to get info
      about DNP from their web site, and encountered the same
      PORN link that I found? Or have you had the same
      annoying voice mail delays in trying to reach a person
      (especially one who knows anything at all about the company
      you have a question about)? Or has it taken a year or
      more, and uncounted phone calls, to request that they
      make some change in your account or send you whatever
      form they require (along with an accurate return
