    DNP Market Value

    Maybe it is my imagination, but DNP's market value looks a little rich to me at these levels. The NAV is rapidly following the Utility Index lower and the yield may not support the $11 level much longer. It appears to me that DNP has had its run for now and may head back down towards the $9 level.

    ANY OTHER OBSERVATIONS OUT THERE?

      While interest rates remain low, the price will continue around $11.00 I would not want to get into this stock at this level just before short term rates start going back up.

        Hi all,
        Old Joy is jus back from a fab vacation. Now I'm watchin' and watin' Sorry bout that southern talk!
        Sometimes I jus can't figure this stock. Two of its largest holdings - SBC and BLS - went North and ol' DNP went South!!
        I really can't figure a good price to jump in. If you visit www.duffutility.com they'll give you the NAV for the past week. Does anyone know if this fund as traded BELOW NAV for any period?
        I want to be able to sleep with my wooden Jack Kramer racket nestled in my bed, & I think this stock may fit the bill. After all the real Jack K is a dead stiff!!
        Has anyone bothered to figure out which is better: the yield on a 7% monthly divy verses a 9% yield in something like an HCP??
        If someone has, I promise to let up on a couple of first serves in our next match at Negley Park.
