Just got mine in the mail and one very interesting point caught my eye. The board has requested the authorization to increase shares available from 75,000,000 to 175,000,000 common and from 5000,000 perferred to 10,000,000. Very interesting indeed. Future growth leading to 2-1 split???????? Hope so.
