I think building TRUST is key. Lefar's past successes in building brands at Procter and Gamble, and at AT&T in no way show a pattern of deceit. I think his track record is very good ,and built on sound business practices , not ripping people off. It starts at the top ..
Well he sure shows a weird way of building trust by taking advantage of sleazy travel contract. Sorry but it is awful hard for a company to come back from a bout of bad management even though supposedly "good" management is now in charge. That travel contract sure doesn't bode well for the company image of the current management, especially when this was placed with the stock already beaten down like an old junkyard dog.
I was all gungho about this company until I read about this. Now I believe they are slowly digging their own grave again.
