    A Basher/Whiner Favorite

It's time for ANOTHER BASHER/WHINER EPISODE of: The Old Insider Selling Scam

    1) It goes something like.... Citron is selling hundreds of thousands of shares thus depressing the price.

    2) The FACT is, Citron (who ownes over 25 million shares) and all the insiders COMBINED sold only 2,631,619 shares NET in the last 3 months. During that SAME TIME PERIOD, the insiders at CALL (MagicJunk) sold 2,586,113 shares NET, but you don't hear the bashers and whiners complaining about that - NOT A WORD.

    3) Such a small number of shares sold that it's INSIGNIFICANT ANYWAY!

That's RIGHT, boys and girls....that's why it's The Old Insider Selling Scam

    Key Word: SCAM

Good luck to all good people.

    • What is the KEY SIGN that the basher(s) is EXTREMELY DESPERATE?

He rolls out ANOTHER PATHETIC EPISODE of the Old Insider Selling Scam.

      VERY BULLISH FOR VONAGE

Good luck to all good people.

    • You can tell when basher(s) are desperate, they always revert to their favorite scam:

      The Old Insider Selling Scam

If that fails (like it always does on examination of the facts), they revert to their other favorite scam:

      CHANGING TO MULTIPLE ALIASES

Good luck to all good people.

    • Well, the only scam more regular than the periodic FOOLS at Motley backhanded hatchet job of Vonage is:

      The Old Insider Selling Scam

It's a basher(s) favorite - when all their pathetic lies and attacks fail.

Good luck to all good people.

    • The real issues about insider selling:

Fair market rules and regulations for the SEC to fix....To start with

      1) No insider should be compensated with stock options that total 10% of the company's outstanding shares.

      2) No insider should be allowed to sell STOCK COMPENSATION stock UNLESS the company has produced a SHAREHOLDER PROFIT DURING the period of STOCK COMPENSATION.

      3) No insider should be allowed to sell stock DURING a stock buyback period.

Let's remmember.... This is NOT Vonage managment's fault AND the whiners are the ones who WANTED A BUYBACK instead of a DIVIDEND.

One more time (for whiners who are slow), BUYBACKS DON'T WORK - THEY WASTE CASH.

      Can you hear me now?

Good luck to all good people.

    • If you owned 25 MILLION SHARES of ANYTHING, wouldn't you automatically sell 5% or even 10% periodically to diversify and protect your income and family?

Of course YOU WOULD.... Otherwise you would be FINANCIALLY INCOMPETENT and a DANGER TO YOUR DEPENDENT FAMILY.

So why is it a big deal when ANY INSIDER SELLS these small percentages of their stock?

Basher(s) need something to whine about.... The Old Insider Selling Scam IS THEIR FAVORITE BASELESS SCAM.

If Vonage is so bad, why can't they just post a 20,000 share short?

IT WORKS ON IGNORANT ROOKIES AND SOME JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUTS

Good luck to all good people.

    • STILL ANOTHER EPISODE OF THE OLD INSIDER SELLING SCAM - A BASHER FAVORITE.

Looks like Kimberly O'Loughlin sold a whole 100,000 shares in 2012.

Why that's .0045% of the total outstanding shares - ALMOST A FRACTION OF A FRACTION OF A FRACTION OF 1%.

WOW - That should crash the stock for decades, right?

      NOW THAT'S PATHETIC DESPERATE BASHING.

Good luck to all good people.

      • The key is "International", not the number of shares as a percentage of all outstanding shares.
The sale gives flavor and color to the perceived prospects by Vonage's Manager of International did not think enough of Vonage's prospects Internationally or otherwise to hold those shares.
If this is making sense, consider this helpful Q&A:

Kimberly O'Loughlin is a Senior Manager at Vonage? Yes.
        In charge of International? Yes.
Knows a lot about Vonage? Yes.
A lot about Vonage's International Partnership Prospects? Yes.
A lot about what kind of revenues Vonage may anticipate from outside the US? Yes.
        Like in Brazil? Yes.
        England too? Yes.
O'Loughlin is also the Customer Service Director? Yes.
Director O'Loughlin is a Vonage Insider? Yes.
Director O'Loughlin knows a lot about Vonage's prospects? Yes.
Director O'Loughlin bought shares on the open market? No.
        She sold the shares? Yes.
        A few weeks ago? Yes.
Like Jeff Citron, the Chairman and founder? Yes.

    • Basher(s) ain't doing so well today.

Maybe they should roll out ANOTHER EPISODE of The Old Insider Selling Scam.

      Yeah, that's the ticket.

Good luck to all good people.
