    The FUNDAMENTALS Prove It

The basher(s) and whiners touted 8x8 for at least a year, but now that the market is recognizing how OVERRATED 8x8 is,

they don't like the comparison wth Vonage anymore.

Here's a company that matches up with Vonage in market cap (until a few days ago), shares outstanding etc.

Sonus has LOST MONEY FOR YEARS, but the market STILL LIKES THEM and values them higher than Vonage.

Sonus has 280 million shares outstanding
Vonage has 220 million shares outstanding

Sonus has revenue of 253 million
Vonage has revenue of 851 million

Sonus has a gross profit of $146 million
Vonage has a gross profit of $592 million

Sonus has a NEGATIVE 11.87% profit margin
Vonage has a POSITIVE 43.94% profit margin

Sonus has a 10 million share short interest position
Vonage has a 5 million share short interest position

Sonus has AN INCREDIBLY HIGH P/E RATIO OF 58.8
Vonage has AN INCREDIBLY LOW P/E RATIO of 6.9

Sonus share price today closed at $2.71
Vonage share price today closed at $2.44

In the first 3 quarters of 2012:

Sonus LOST 7 CENTS PER SHARE
Vonage MADE 30 CENTS PER SHARE

    VONAGE IS RIDICULOUSLY UNDERVALUED

Good luck to all good people.

    • How could Sonus even be close to Vonage's price, let alone higher?

      Sonus CONTINUES TO LOSE MONEY!!

Vonage MADE 10 CENTS PER SHARE PROFIT in just Q4.

Sonus LOST 7 CENTS PER SHARE FOR THE WHOLE YEAR.

      Vonage $2.62

      Sonus $2.72

Let me repeat: Vonage is RIDICULOUSLY UNDERVALUED - Don't say nobody warned you. Facts are FACTS, no matter how many idiots give a thumbs down or how many aliases a basher has.

The market always comes back to FUNDAMENTALS

Good luck to all good people.

    • Evidently.... The market is starting to appreciate Vonage's VERY POSITIVE FUNDAMENTALS.

      A REAL BASHER CRUSHER

You can't say I didn't warn you .... WAY IN ADVANCE OF EARNINGS

      CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?

Good luck to all good people.

    • You got 5 THUMBS DOWN (so far) to my message....but, if Vonage is so bad:

      1) Why COULDN'T THEY REFUTE the company comparison.... Vonage IS WAY UNDERVALUED.

      2) If they are whiners with ALLEGED SHARES.... Why don't they sell?

      3) If they don't own Vonage.... Why are they here?

      4) Not A SINGLE ONE HAS THE COURAGE TO POST A 20,000 SHARE SHORT to back up his CONVICTIONS and PROVE HOW SMART HE IS BEFORE EARNINGS.

TOTALLY GUTLESS DRIVEBY BASHER(s) with lots of ALIASES and ZERO COURAGE.

Your basic basher(s) boiler room operation.

      VERY BULLISH FOR VONAGE

Good luck to all good people.

    • Vonage is an ugly pig even with all the lipstick at Avon. Vonage = dog with fleas + poison pill.
VG's Reputation for bad judgement is unforgettable. Who has not wondered whether a poison pill prevents buyers so the books don't have to be opened. Bad things happen. You never know.
Check for $20MM over SEC allegations conjures the image of a conniving scheming scammer, a white collar huckster, not management quality. at the heart of any company's fundamentals is demonstrated history of success without major screwups .
Ripped off patents, owes millions in licensing fees; VG lost publicly and miserably.
Most IPOs are forgotten. VG's is textbook for "disaster".
VG blows $50 million a quarter to keep churn down. All that spending and VG barely grows. Sometimes it even shrinks. The long term subscriber growth is nil. Stop spending and the subscriber numbers would drop like a rock. What a value trap!
VG lost CMO after CMO, the CEO twice, now the CFO, all with endless insider selling.
How many analysts, like one? That's safe.

      Go peddle SONS somewhere else.
