I am hoping that the CFO starts taking action against illegal shorting of this stock

In my opinion only, this is getting ridiculous. They came out with a solid profit of 10 cents a share. They beat estimates. They did a great conference call with all of the new improvements and updates and future earnings. They are all positive news but the stock still tanks. The new CFO should start taking action and contact the Securities and Exchange Commission and have them open up an investigation of all of the illegal manipulation and illegal shorting of the stock. This CFO knows all the contacts and legal action to take. I would not be surprised if they open up an investigation on this stock. You can not keep shorting this stock without covering. This is getting out of hand.

    • Not only did they tank Vonage on good earnings, Sonus LOST 2 CENTS PER SHARE and they spin it as POSITIVE and Sonus is UP ABOUT 15% since those BAD EARNINGS YESTERDAY.

      That, folks, is QUALITY MANIPULATION.

Only an IDIOT or a BASHER would say there isn't any manipulation.

Don't look for any help from the SEC even if you had proof, the same right wing scoundrels that brought you the TOO BIG TO FAIL and the DEREGULATION DISASTER are making sure the SEC is way underfunded, way understaffed, and blocked from real enforcement.

Still, it would be nice to see an army of FEDERAL MARSHALLS sweep through Wall Street and the Conflict-of-interest rags that are OBVIOUSLY INVESTED IN THIS SCAM and arrest dozens of these crooks. The markets could use a serious delousing.

Good luck to all good people.

    • What illegal shorting. If you had a smidgen of proof, you could call the NY AG's office and get an investigation going yourself. Or you could call the WSJ with your proof.

You have only emotion. Not proof.

This stock is held down by its poison pill. Make tax advantage to buying out VG a viable possibility and this goes to 7 bucks in a week after a Motley Fool mentioning the idea.

      • In my opinion only, do you now what a poison pill is? A poison pill is a stock that is held in reserve that could be used agaist a hostile takeover or someone that is trying to get a large percentage of the company. These shares are not traded except in a hostile takeover or extreme emergencies. What is going on right now is illegal shorting.
